The Rising Stars Program is based upon a results-based, developmental process that help's today's young people develop their personal leadership, individual character, confidence, responsibility and values that promote the goal of healthy behaviors and personal achievement. Rising Stars has been field tested in urban environments at the high school, middle school, church group and with a community based program for adjudicated youth. This research allowed for the program to be structured for youth in today's society. The foundation for the Rising Stars program is a adult performance based leadership process that has positively impacted thousands of adults within the United States and abroad. The key words here are performance based. The results of engaging in Rising Stars will be shown with measureable results.
